About the role:

We are looking for a senior Product Control Analyst to join our Quant Trading Team. You have the chance to collaborate with the traders, data scientists, and developers to support our flow, market making, derivatives/OTC business, which have over 800+ trading products and $100 billion volume including crypto, spot, future, options and DeFi products. The role is highly numerical and analytical, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing talented team and grow your career in FinTech industry.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and ad hoc PnL metrics and deliver insightful commentaries to traders and senior management.
• Perform daily position reconciliation and P&L attribution analysis.
• Facilitate PnL/Balance Sheet reconciliation to ledger systems through cross-departmental partnership with Risk and Finance associates.
• Review PnL events with market insights on a regular basis.
• Conduct completeness review, monitor PnL volatility and escalate irregularities.
• Assist in developing and improving PnL control framework to facilitate ledger recognition.
• Build valuation models for cryptocurrency based digital assets.
• Engage with developers on projects that further enhance reporting infrastructure.
• Design and implement controls and framework.

• Degree or above, with professional qualification such as CFA, FRM, ACCA as an added advantage.
• 4-8 years of working experience in a Product Control, Risk, or Finance role.
• Understanding of financial products, valuation, risk, financial statements, and internal controls.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Think critically and strive for continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of Python would be a strong plus.
