About the role

You will be joining our Recruiting team to supporting our global expansion. In order to place Crypto.com as one of the best place to work in the region, you will work closely with our business teams, execute our regional talent acquisition strategies and initiatives, from understand the hiring needs to sourcing the best talents in this space. Besides the recruitment activity, you will also be responsible for project managing the entire recruiting pipeline for the company. Responsibilities

• Understanding ongoing hiring needs of crypto.com business and establishing the right sourcing mix in order to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles
• Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisement and managing responses
• Reaching out to target talent via social networks
• Designing & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns
• Speaking with applicants about requirements to drive applications & engagement
• Doing the first-round screening for applicants & ensure a strong candidate experience

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Prior experience within talent acquisition in a sourcing role
• Knowledge of various sourcing tools & methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Ability to learn about new markets quickly and to run a thorough and high-quality search process, including candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation
• Passionate about Technology, Disruptive models, Organizational Culture, and Talent Management
• Financial Service/ Technology hiring experience preferred
