DESCRIPTION:

The HR Coordinator is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to join the team at Foundry, a subsidiary of the blockchain industry’s most prolific and active investor, Digital Currency Group. Reporting to the HR Lead, the HR Coordinator will be a key member of the HR team supporting a growing company!

This is a rare invitation to join a small, highly professional entrepreneurial group, with the backing of the most established player in the fast-growing crypto space.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
  • Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in applicant tracking system, prepares reports, and coordinates interviews and provides recruitment support as needed.
  • Coordinate college recruiting initiatives, along with developing college working relationships to aid in recruiting
  • Files documents into appropriate employee electronic files.
  • Coordinates new hire onboarding process.
  • Supports payroll processing.
  • Prepares new-employee electronic files.
  • Stay current ongovernmental requirements and HR laws.
  • Perform other special projects and duties as assigned, including training initiatives.


ABOUT YOU:

Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years related experience required.
  • SHRM-CP credential preferred.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Previous experience working with applicant tracking/HRIS systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
