The Department:Marketing
The Role: Social Media Intern
Gemini is looking for a smart, self-motivated individual who is hungry, eager to learn, and excited to join the Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in an exciting and growing industry. You will work alongside the brightest minds in an evolving and fast-paced industry.
The goal of this role is to create engaging content for Gemini’s new TikTok within the company's brand pillars. This is a super unique opportunity to grow an audience from the ground up, shape the voice and tone, and have a major impact in building out this new channel for the company.
This position is part-time and will require about one day in the NYC office (likely Wednesdays), but the hours are flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Create video content that will be aligned with our brand (Trusted, Secure, Compliant) but develops into an edgier and more entertaining tone for TikTok
- Create a calendar that summarizes weekly activity
- Interact with our community on TikTok and encourage conversations
Qualifications:
- TikTok content production
- An understanding of crypto and Web3, or an interest in, and willingness to quickly learn
Pay Rate: The hourly pay rate for this role is $32/hour in New York City. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
