What You’ll Be Doing
- Data Governance: Proactively investigate data issues by identifying underlying problems within data systems. Implement systematic approaches to address these issues. Collaborate closely with the data engineer team to develop sustainable solutions.
- Data Product Management: Understanding the needs and use cases of data customers like data analysts. Design and implement internal data products, aimed at improving operational efficiency and supporting strategic business decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and workflow/SOP Development: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including the product team, BI team, data engineers, and business leaders. Work together to establish efficient workflows, unified metrics and SOPs with the product team, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
What We Look For In You
- Minimum of 3 years in data-related fields and product management, familiar with data warehouses, data applications and so on.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and implementation skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems from both business and data technology perspectives.
- High level of responsibility, strong ownership and resilience under pressure.
