Responsibilities:
1. Tracking the trends and hotspots in CeFi/ DeFi/ NFT/ Dapp /Web3 industry. Understanding the business logic and identify the potential opportunity. Giving strategic support and suggestions to the management team and product team.
2. Conducting qualitative and quantitative research towards competitor companies by doing data analysis, information collection, external interview,etc. Analyzing competitors' strategic movement and core competitiveness. Comparing key features and product characteristics among competitors. Giving practical solutions and advice to related business teams.
3. Internal research forcus on product and growth strategy. Cooperating with team members on specific strategic topics. Supporting growth team and product team on identifying issues, enhancing efficiency, optimizing performance and future strategy planning.
4. Monitoring key matrix in Cefi/Defi. Identify the trend and tide among us and competitors. Digging out the reasons behind the changes.
5. Strategic requirements from the management team and other business teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in strategic analysis/business anaysis/management consulting.
- Experience in Web3 or blockchain related company is a plus.
- Excellence in research skills and methodology. Experience in conducting strategic research and presenting the result in a research report. (Please submit your previous research report)
- Practical experience in data analysis. Familiar with one of Python,SQL, R or other data tools.
- High sensitivity in data and information collection.
- Have strong enthusiasm for blockchain industry and blockchain technology. Know the trend and key players in the market.
