Turbofish is seeking a talented and experienced Community, Marketing and Communications Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and supporting the Nomic community and driving the marketing and communications strategy for Turbofish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan to promote Turbofish to the wider blockchain community
• Collaborate with the Turbofish team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media, and events
• Build and manage a vibrant community of Nomic users and supporters through social media, forums, and other channels
• Craft compelling messaging and content that showcases the unique value proposition of Turbofish and the projects we build and contribute to
• Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners and media in the blockchain space
• Plan and execute events, webinars, and other outreach initiatives to engage with the community and help drive adoption of Nomic

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communications strategies
• Experience managing social media accounts and engaging with communities on various channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of creativity and initiative, with a passion for building and growing communities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment
