Company Description
3x Capital is an investment and advisory firm focused on seed-stage web3 startups. Our investment focus is on blockchain infrastructure, decentralized finance, and web 3.0 applications.
This is a remote contract role for an Associate. The Associate will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis, creating investment memos and presentation materials, and assisting with deal sourcing and pipeline management. The Associate will also be expected to coordinate with portfolio companies and participate in due diligence activities.
- Experience in investment banking, venture capital or private equity
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and web3 applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with market research, financial modeling, and due diligence
