We’re looking for a Trainer in the KYC team to join our growing Compliance Operations team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Reporting to the Manager of Quality Assurance & Training. In this role, you will use your knowledge of and experience to train the Know Your Customer (KYC) team. You will establish the training function that will help maximize team performance, quality of work and end customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager in establishing and improving the training processes for the KYC department;
• Evaluate employee performance during onboarding to identify weaknesses;
• Work along with the Manager on mentoring and following each Performance Improvement employee plan;
• Create and carry out KYC onboarding training;
• Create and carry out ongoing and improvement training.

• Related experience in training will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Diligent and meticulous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
