Job Title: Co-Chief Executive Officer (Co-CEO)

Client Overview:

My client is an innovative start-up with a hard-core dev team aiming to create a Decentralized Perpetual Protocol on Polygon zkEVM. Our goal is to revolutionize the DeFi industry by offering a secure, seamless, and efficient trading experience. We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated CEO who can lead our organization through its next phase of growth. The compensation for this role will be a mix of salary/equity, depending on the candidate.

Our ideal candidate for the Co-CEO role should possess a background from top-tier institutions such as Stanford or Harvard, as well as a wealth of experience in DeFi. In addition, the candidate should be able to pitch and sell to investors effectively and work closely with our team of hard-core developers to help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute my client's long-term strategic plan, vision, and mission, ensuring alignment with the current market trends and user requirements in the DeFi space.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as investors, partners, customers, and regulators, pitching my client's unique value proposition.
3. Lead the fundraising efforts and successfully pitch the story to investors.
4. Drive the development and deployment of my client's Decentralized Perpetual Protocol on Polygon zkEVM, ensuring its seamless integration with the broader DeFi ecosystem.
5. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization, enabling the team to achieve key milestones and deliver exceptional results.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a CEO or COO or in a similar executive leadership role within a fintech, finance, or DeFi organization.
3. A successful track record of raising capital from venture capitalists and other institutional investors.
4. In-depth understanding of decentralized finance, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech landscape.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
6. The ability to speak Russian is a bonus.
7. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
