Reporting to the Head of Growth & Marketing, the Social Media and Communications Manager will play a crucial role in managing Eclipse’s Social Media presence and publicizing the company’s communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in a Marketing or Social Media function
• Experience managing and growing a successful Twitter account
• “Crypto native” or possess a clear and deep understanding of the crypto twitter ecosystem including the personalities, terminology, trends, and audiences
• Strong understanding of the English language and grammar. This role will require a decent amount of writing and editing content
• A “get it done” attitude – bias toward action, great collaboration and master disambiguation – constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
• Fast learner with a desire to continuously learn and adapt work output on newly learned subjects
• Communicate effectively and in a structured manner across all mediums
• Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and passion to go deep in crypto and make connections online

Responsibilities

• Assist the Growth Marketer and Head of Marketing & Growth with Eclipse’s Marketing day-to-day workflows, including but not limited to managing the growth of Eclipse’s brand and socials by managing Eclipse’s Twitter account (@EclipseFND)
• Lead construction of high level overviews and reports for senior leadership explaining the growth of the Eclipse brand using an analytics suite
• Work cross functionally with Engineering, Legal, and Research teams to help write and ship content related to protocol developments
• Work with the Community Lead at Eclipse to generate stimulating content and grow the pipeline of inbound requests for the Business Development team
• This role will also have present opportunities to expand beyond social media with growth marketing exposure, conferences, and communications strategy
