We are building out our Marketing division and looking for Marketing Operations Associates to join our growing teams across verticals.

Responsibilities:

• Help to deploy marketing content on Hubspot (Landing pages, email marketing)
• Data analysis/manipulation on Google spreadsheet (UTMs, prospects data, etc.)
• Build prospects lists for the sales team (segmentation/manipulation, enrichment)
• Support the team to deploy multi-channel tracking systems (from leads to SEO), data clean up, automation, and reporting dashboards
• Help to manage Google and LinkedIn ads
• Cross-functional collaboration with PMM, Events, Socials, Sales, and analytics teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Business/Marketing related bachelor degree
• Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketing Automation solutions, and, and Email marketing (detail-oriented)
• Experience with Ads (LinkedIn & Google)
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag manager
• Strong Google spreadsheet/excel proficiency: data analysis and data manipulation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $40.00 - $60.00/hr USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.
