From credit card checkout for NFTs to wallet infrastructure, they’ve helped creators, developers and brands make NFTs accessible to their audience so they can focus on providing value and utility for owners.
They are a small team of 8 from Twitch, Uber, Nextdoor, Box, Y Combinator, Stanford, and Waterloo. They’ve helped customers like New York Fashion Week, Afterpay, Fnatic, Fractal, Exchange.art, YesTheory and many more onboard mainstream consumers into web3.

Help scale their business
As their 1st business operations hire, you will be given the complex and hard-to-solve problems that are in service of helping the business grow rapidly.
You will be responsible for identifying, creating, and implementing critical cross-functional process and systems initiatives to accelerate growth, reduce costs, guarantee scalability, and improve their customer experience. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, product, and engineering. You’ll get your hands dirty performing strategic and data-driven analyses to provide actionable business insights.
As a key member of their small and nimble team, you’ll be uniquely positioned to have a direct impact on all aspects of the business and play a key part in making blockchain technologies and the crypto ecosystem more accessible to everyone. Eventually, you will build out the business operations & strategy team around you.
What a Typical Week Might Look Like

  • Be a key business partner to sales, marketing, and product across lead generation, prioritization and the entire sales cycle (prioritization, process, and tooling)
  • Establish full-funnel growth metrics, key financial metrics, and build dashboards to monitor performance; Identify key insights to accelerate growth and efficiency
  • Understand the entire end-to-end customer journey, introduce tooling and implement processes that remove points of friction and streamline the customer journey workflow, increasing team productivity
  • Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadences to achieve key operational breakthroughs
  • Support fraud & compliance in monitoring and building processes to prevent bad actors from abusing the services
  • Explore and evaluate new opportunities for the company to expand our offering

You might be a good fit if you have...
  • 4+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or a comparable business operations role (sales strategy, sales operations and/or biz operations role) in high-growth tech companies
  • Experience working with large sets of unstructured data w/ experience synthesizing this data into business insights and analysis
  • Analytical skills - comfortable working with large datasets and transforming data in both Excel and SQL
  • Bonus points - Python or other general programming experience
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end that solve challenging and ambiguous problems that require cross-functional and customer input
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes such as customer acquisition and lead generation
  • Process-oriented mindset and ability to lead people to get things done
  • Thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced and unstructured environment
