Overview:

We are looking for an Intern to join our Solana Payments Team, an exciting opportunity to work in crypto/blockchain. Seeking someone who has a passion for web 3.0 & Blockchain technologies. This Intern will have the chance to immediately contribute to the success of Solana Pay, a payments protocol that gives merchants the power of the blockchain at the same speed as traditional payment networks - without intermediaries. Beyond payments, Solana Pay allows merchant and consumer wallets to create a new communication channel, changing how the world thinks about offers, rewards, loyalty, and the relationship between merchants and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Deep dives into competitors in several key payment verticals; performing SWOT and other analysis; recommending and/or implementing go-to-market plans
• Market analysis of existing commerce & loyalty products; identifying opportunities for disruption via web3 Commerce solutions with ideal product-market fit
• Emerging market due diligence and recommendations for international expansion
• Creating surveys / implementing market research to determine how TradFi is thinking of digital assets, including stablecoins
• Any other projects that arise during your summer - you’ll jump in as one of the team

You have:

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program
• Likes to find solution to problems and strategize
• Fluent in business frameworks (like SWOT)
• Capable of producing models, spreadsheets, and presentations/recommendations
• Strong research skills; strategic critical thinker
• Interest in FinTech or E-commerce industries
