Our team is growing fast, and we're looking for someone to help understand and present our data so we can build and grow more effectively.

Who you are:

• Someone who enjoys helping with onboarding issues and can solve problems with app integrations.
• A person who has experience working with desktops (Mac) and is comfortable working with a command line environment.
• Takes ownership of issues and sees them through to completion
• Someone excited about the crypto space
• An excellent communicator

What you will do:

• Work with new employees to make sure they are set up and have access to all the necessary systems they need
• Work with various stakeholders to improve and streamline the onboarding process
• Be diligent in tracking all requests for audit purposes.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in IT support or basic System Admin
• Comfortable working in a command line (terminal) environment.
• Knowledge or interest in the crypto/ blockchain space (nice to have)
