About the Position

sFOX is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Director of Sales to lead and drive our institutional sales efforts as a prime dealer of digital assets. The Director of Sales will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand our client base, drive revenue growth, and solidify sFOX's position as a leader in the digital asset industry. This position requires strong leadership and operational rigor, desire to develop and drive sales strategies, exceptional sales DNA, and a deep understanding of the institutional digital asset landscape. They should also enjoy working with our customers in cryptocurrency trading such as digital institutional investors such as hedge funds, professional investors, investment advisors, and exchanges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Lead, grow, and manage the sales team
  • Develop and nurture client relationships
  • Drive sales growth and revenue generation outperforming monthly and quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the financial or digital asset industry.
  • Ability to develop deep relationships with clients based on understanding and delivering on their needs.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Solid knowledge and experience of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Successful at driving positive, proactive, and fast collaboration.
