As our first Data Analyst, you will join our Growth team focussing on optimizing our user acquisition and retention funnels. To achieve this goal, one of our team’s core beliefs is that we need to experiment, iterate and optimize at pace. Partnering closely with a small team, you will obsess over experimentation and always strive to iterate on the highest ROI growth strategies.

You Will

• Develop, implement, track, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms
• Own our BI and CRM dashboards and measure the success of our marketing channels and efforts
• Continue to grow your analytics skills and share your knowledge with other team members
• Work with Product & Engineering partners to optimize our core product driven by your analytics

You Have

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• An affinity for BI and dashboards
• A highly analytical problem-solving mindset
• A rare combination of quantitative and business acumen

You May Have

• Experience with Python
• Experience with CRM management
• Previously worked in a remote role within a startup
• Bachelors or advanced degree in Data Science or related subject
