Paxful is searching for a Senior Fullstack developer who is great at building new microservices and integrating microservices with each other to join our Platform Team. This role will contribute to develop new features end-to-end to improve time-to-market of our products.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:
- Write simple but efficient, testable, and reusable code
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Work closely with stakeholders on product features
- Be responsible for a feature end-to-end, from ideation to deployment in the production environment
- Help to troubleshoot, test and maintain the product
The most important skill and capabilities for this role are:
- Design, build and maintain PHP applications with React frontend
- Write clean, secure, maintainable, testable and modular code
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Help to troubleshoot, test and maintain the product
- Follow company coding standards
- Perform code reviews and mentor your peers
- Cover your code with tests
Target Experience:
- 3+ years of the commercial web development (PHP/JS/React)
- Strong knowledge and skills in PHP 7.3+
- Experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel 6.x or Symphony5.x
- Experience with ReactJS, Redux, Typescript
- Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Experience with microservices
- Good verbal and written English
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Working with the high-load systems
- Experience with NoSQL databases - MongoDB
- Experience with AWS and knowledge of AWS architecture patterns
- Interest in cryptocurrencies
