About the role

We are looking for a proactive and driven professional to advance our Wallet Infrastructure services. In this position, you will lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on blockchain infrastructure solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure smooth teamwork and the effective rollout of new strategic features. Your role will involve designing and defining innovative infrastructure services, while also enhancing our current systems. Your efforts will have a direct influence on the expansion and success of our digital asset offerings.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate technical projects for our wallet infrastructure across different teams and disciplines
• Design and specify wallet infrastructure solutions and improve existing systems
• Collect, manage, and track requirements from relevant stakeholders, prioritize and deliver production-ready features with the support of an experienced engineering team
• Write and maintain easy-to-understand technical (and client-facing) documentation and support demos, workshops, and training sessions with internal and external clients
• Monitor product performance and gather input from stakeholders to help shape the product roadmap

• Excellent understanding of, and experience with, blockchain, wallet infrastructure, smart contracts, and the "crypto space" at large

• Experience in developing and delivering production-ready services
• Ability to clearly communicate requirements to engineers for implementation
• A passion for continuous learning and curiosity about industry trends and best practices, especially in wallet technology
• Security first mindset
• The ability to work under tight deadlines with professionalism and integrity
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus
• A background in finance and/or IT, with a keen understanding of the ethical considerations in the financial sector
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland
