We are on the lookout for a Asset Liability Specialist to join our growing team in Prague.

Main Tasks of the Asset Liability Specialist

• Manage and oversee fiat, crypto, and stablecoin handling, including transfers, wallet management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple currencies and payment channels.

• Conduct liquidity reviews and balance optimization, ensuring adequate reserves for seamless transaction processing while minimizing risk exposure in volatile markets.

• Assist in designing and implementing internal risk management policies, including strategies for hedging, asset rebalancing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your Profile:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar position.

• Good organisational and imaginative problem solving skills.

• Proficiency in written English; native Czech is an advantage.

• Interest in cryptocurrencies is a plus.

• Previous professional experience in asset and liability management, treasury operations, or financial risk management is highly beneficial.

• Keen to learn and adapt on the job, with most skills expected to be developed through hands-on experience.
