Your mission
As an Office and Workplace Experience intern at Bitpanda, you will support our Workplaces team in our Headquarters in Vienna. You will support ongoing activities to ensure that our workplace reflects and fosters that incredible “Bitpanda->
What you’ll do
- Be a contact point for our employees at our HQ in Vienna
- Support with diverse ongoing tasks, such as handling daily in- and outgoing mail, administering our Jira ticketing system, and detailing with any ad-hoc employee requests
- Organise and support workshops and events at our HQ, such as team workshops, theme days, monthly company-wide drinks, and more
- Assist our team with communication and organisation for our international hubs
- Work on ensuring that our workplace reflects and fosters our Bitpanda >
Who you are
- Strong organizational and project management skills, highly motivated and a great team player
- Independent worker with problem-solving skills: You’re not afraid to come up with your own solutions to given problems
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of commitment to handle tasks reliably, communicatively and with absolute trustworthiness
- Experience with the Microsoft Office package and the Google suite.
- Fantastic communication and presentation skills, both in English and German, would be an advantage
