Phi International, Inc. is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and motivated Purchasing Assistant specialized in the cryptocurrency sector. Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and identifying suppliers in the cryptocurrency market.
• Coordinate the procurement process for cryptocurrency-related goods and services.
• Maintain relationships with current vendors and seek new partnerships.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor order status until delivery.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential purchasing opportunities.
• Support budgeting for purchases and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand purchasing needs and priorities.

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the tech or cryptocurrency sector.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with procurement software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
