Bitcoin Depot is seeking an ATM Service Manager that will manage the ATM Service team and supervise third party service providers to ensure service calls are completed accurately and timely to achieve the target level uptime in accordance with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of the ATM Service Team
• Supervise various third party field maintenance providers to ensure service calls are completed accurately and timely.
• Assess and manage vendor performance, reporting, analysis and communications of supplier performance
• Ensure that department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
• Responsible for managing parts inventory for machine repairs and preventive maintenance visits
• Identify ways to streamline processes and optimize the cost of field maintenance services.
• Ensure that fleet management data is up to date in various systems related to updates and upgrades to deployed equipment.
• Implement and maintain KPIs that align with company goals
• Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with direct reports to address performance issues and to support individual professional development.
• Provide support to other managers within operations as needed in support of overall operations goals and objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
• Some off-hours support will be required

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years management experience is required.
• A minimum of five years experience monitoring ATMs or BTMs is required.
• Intermediate to SME level knowledge in ATM troubleshooting and Kaba Mas locks.
• Experience engaging in process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify cause and effect.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and time management skills. Confirmed skill set for risk planning and mitigation.
• Advanced level knowledge and understanding of using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and shift priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Strong, professional communications skills both orally and written.
• A basic understanding of cryptocurrency.
