Bitcoin Depot is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Financial Analyst who is passionate about driving finance strategy and business impact to partner with our rapidly growing business. This role will have high levels of exposure to key stakeholders within the company and is best suited for an individual with a keen drive to learn and develop with the role as the company scales. This is a full time role located in our Atlanta office with the capability to be fully-remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting process for the company
• Work closely with cross-functional leaders to monitor department budgets and assess their variance to forecasts
• Assist in preparation of senior management financial reviews, including preparation of presentation materials
• Manage and expand our current reporting suite for executive team and key stakeholders
• Support strategic business initiatives - assess and report their impact vs. expectations
• Continuous collaboration with VP of Finance and CFO to drive automation in reporting and forecasting process
• Support the VP of Finance and CFO in collaboration with cross-functional teams in the process of re-allocating capital across the business to drive margin improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a position of managing reporting suites and working with cross-functional partners
• Strong capability working with Microsoft Excel in a financial capacity, with a preference to report-building experience
• Keen attention to detail and drive to learn a new business
• Experience with financial planning processes for a business unit or company
• Capability and comfort in working well without explicit direction and oversight
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience with Tableau is beneficial, but not required
