A leading crypto and blockchain technology vendor is looking for a proven enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across North America, selling directly into financial institutions at the highest level.


This is not a role for consultants or career contractors. We are looking for someone who has built their career inside a recognised crypto or blockchain technology business and has the track record to prove it.


The Role:

  • Own and drive new business development into tier one and tier two financial institutions
  • Sell complex crypto and blockchain solutions to C-suite stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, COOs and Heads of Digital Assets
  • Build and manage a high quality pipeline of institutional opportunities
  • Navigate long, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with confidence
  • Work closely with pre-sales, product and leadership to position the business effectively
  • Represent the business at key institutional crypto and blockchain industry events globally

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 6 years continuous employment in a sales role at a recognised crypto or blockchain technology vendor - not consultancy, not freelance
  • Demonstrable track record of selling into banks, asset managers, hedge funds, prime brokers or other regulated financial institutions
  • Deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, tokenisation, custody, DeFi or crypto market structure
  • Consistent and verifiable quota overachievement across multiple years
  • Strong existing network across institutional financial services in New York and beyond
  • Ability to engage and build trust with highly technical and highly regulated buyers
  • Commercially sharp, direct and exceptionally well presented

  • Up to $200,000 base salary depending on experience
