DESCRIPTION: The Business Development Coordinator is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to join the team at Foundry, a subsidiary of the blockchain industry’s most prolific and active investor, Digital Currency Group.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Business Development Analyst is responsible for assisting the Business Development (BD) team and all of Foundry’s Proof of Work services. This includes CRM management, managing deal pipelines, and handling customer questions.

This is a rare invitation to join a small, highly professional entrepreneurial group, with the backing of the most established player in the fast-growing crypto space.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities within the crypto industry.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data to generate insights for Foundry’s Business Development team.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate opportunities, revenue potential and support decision-making.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries and provide customized solutions.
• Prepare and present reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support on strategic projects.
• Research potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends for strategic insights.

Minimum Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related degree, or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in financial modeling and possesses strong analytical skills to assess opportunities, forecast outcomes, and support strategic decision-making.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with a focus on streamlined processes
• Ability to work autonomously with sound decision-making
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Continuous learning attitude
• Highly adaptable, adept at managing multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively

Preferred Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Interest and passion for Bitcoin
• Experience with developer-facing products and/or infrastructure services
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Grace and patience to thrive in an often volatile and challenging industry

A range of compensation is provided for transparency, however different factors may affect this range. Some of these factors may include (but are not limited to) education, training, credentials, skills, geographic location, and experience. This range only includes base compensation and does not include other tangible benefits such as 401K match, bonuses, overtime pay, and other benefits.
Range of Compensation: $70,000-$100,000/year
