We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing People team at Amun 21Shares. This role will be responsible for full-cycle technical recruiting and will report directly to the VP of People.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches.
- Create and implement innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to bring the best technical talent to Amun 21Shares.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure alignment and maintain established interview velocity.
- Learn multiple parts of the organization to make informed decisions and prioritize on behalf of the hiring teams
- Effectively communicate mission and culture and help candidates understand value proposition of company
- Proactively contribute to improving recruiting practices by challenging the status quo and providing suggestions for improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a fullÂ-cycle recruiter
- Experience as technical recruiter required
- Comfortable with technical jargon (i.e. languages, tech stack, platforms, etc.)
- Fin-tech startup experience, preferred.
- Crypto experience, plus but not required
- Comfortable with technical jargon (i.e. languages, tech stack, platforms, etc.)

- Data-minded with a strong attention to detail (i.e. love to build out and organize Greenhouse)
- Builder and thrives in a hyper-growth environment (i.e. startup experience, growth mindset, etc.)
- Exceptional project management skills (i.e. managing many searches at once, juggling conflicting priorities, etc.)
