We are growing quickly, and an opportunity has developed on our Marketing team for a DeFi Community Manager. As our Community Manager, you will have a special focus on all things decentralized finance. You'll also be creating content across all of our social channels and driving engagement across all platforms. Qualified candidates for this role must have in-depth knowledge of the digital asset space, including crypto and defi.
Responsibilities

• Create unique content for our social channels to promote our brand
• Develop & implement strategies to drive engagement
• Monitor performance metrics & adjust strategies as needed
• Contribute to marketing collateral for the sales team
• Work cross-functionally on recruitment marketing projects

Qualifications

• Experience with blockchain/crypto/web3.0 marketing is required
• 1+ years of experience in social media marketing and community management
• Experience with social media tools & analytics
• Bachelor’s degree
  

This is a full-time, remote-based position. Compensation depends on experience.
