This revolutionary Blockchain and Web3 specific Fintech is seeking a CTO to join their expanding team. After being backed by world class investors and successfully launching their product, they are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to come on board and guide them with their vision and help them in this scale-up phase. Web3 and Blockchain background is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead talented engineering teams and direct engineering and product delivery efforts.
- Develop high level product specifications with a system integration and feasibility.
- Quality assurance of software, implementing engineering best practices and workflows.
- Collaborate with other team members, whilst leading in the design and development of the full software process.
- Hire, onboard and manage a team of front end, back end and full stack engineers in creating the most effective software.
Your background:
- Start – Up experience.
- Expert knowledge and background within the Blockchain and Web3 space
- 9+ years of progressive responsibilities in software development with 5+ years of experience in management.
- Experience managing and nurturing a team of 15+ individuals.
- Outstanding communication skills with the demonstrated ability to build trust and strong cross-functional relationships across the company.
- Experience and fulfilment in their abilities in a fast-paced company.
- Python, Rust and Solidity background.
