We are looking for:


An experienced and self-driven Head of Marketing to lead all aspects of marketing and strategy development. You should have a real passion for NFTs and hands-on startup experience, bringing a brand to the mainstream. This role will focus on brand, PR, community-driven growth, and performance marketing.


Responsibilities:


  • Defining, building, and scaling marketing strategy to deliver on all key company and product objectives
  • Developing NFTrade brand and presence, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to differentiate and establish a winning value proposition in the market
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key collaborators, working with them on promotional activities, content creation, and other opportunities.
  • Providing in-depth analysis measuring the success of campaigns/tools developing KPIs, and communicating results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyzing consumer behavior and defining target customer personas while finding new ways to connect with target audiences across each of our key product verticals
  • Community management and analysis

Qualifications:


  • Blockchain/NFT understanding - mandatory
  • 4+ years in digital marketing, at least 2 years in the Blockchain/NFT field
  • On top of all trends in the market
  • Up to speed with current marketing techniques and best practices
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Hands-on and with a “can-do” attitude.
