Role As a Full-Stack Engineer you will build products that impact users. Shipping features fast and with low friction is a core belief of Zap. This role is a fit for anyone with front-end or full-stack expertise. We are looking for highly driven individuals who can wear multiple hats when needed. Please note, this role is fully in-person, candidates must be able to work from our office in Columbus, Ohio.   Key Responsibilities

Design and implement new features end-to-end across our entire stack on our core platform Scale our backend systems and build automation tools  Configure monitoring, deployment, and developer tooling to improve system reliability and multiply engineering efficiency Continue to grow your engineering skills and help others on the team by participating in design and code reviews

Requirements Must have

5+ years of Typescript experience 5+ years of React.js or Node.js experience English fluency (written & oral)

Nice-to-haves

Experience with Next.js Experience building serverless backends
