We are looking for a Director of Product Management with the technical experience to lead and contribute to a fast-growing product organization and help us scale up processes and best practices across the entire company. The ideal candidate will integrate quickly into a fast paced Product team focused on conceiving, building, and launching user-focused, high-quality, highly technical (Web3) products that help us connect to and grow the crypto economy/ecosystem.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead technical product teams focused on the strategy, design and execution of products that elegantly leverage the underlying node technology, enable our users and grow the ecosystem
- Remotely manage a diverse group of Product Managers, Project Managers and Data Scientists
- Support the team’s growth and development through continuous coaching, learning and development, and feedback
- Work closely with partners across the company, including Product, Design, and Marketing to bring new features and services to market
- Own execution and delivery on your Product groups, helping the team balance new feature work with technical debt and platform investment
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 5+ years of prior experience in a hands-on product or engineering role
- 3+ years managing remotely distributed teams.
- Strong interest/passion in Blockchain (DeFi) and a technical understanding of Web3 products
- Successful track record of leading and coaching diverse teams through the full product lifecycle
- Solid product/engineering background with a passion for keeping up with latest tech trends/tools
- Proven track record of delivery in rapid pace/iteration environments
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering teams
- Ability to set road maps and general strategy
- Genuine commitment to building diverse teams while promoting equity and inclusion
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
