As a Developer Relations Manager, you will be increasing the Chainstack awareness, generating demand, forming long-term and productive relationships with Web3 protocols, and onboarding new developers to the Chainstack platform.

You will be a part of the Developer Experience Team and your day-to-day operations will involve collaboration primarily with the Sales and Marketing teams.

The Developer Relations Manager at Chainstack has an elaborate set of KPIs and processes that you will be onboarded to. It's a fleshed-out role that's past the exploratory stage and is focused on execution.

This is a very outward and heavily engagement-focused role.

Responsibilities:

• Keep a detailed account of everything related to a protocol that you own at Chainstack and be the go-to expert
• Maintain rapport with key people in the protocol outside of Chainstack
• Organize and host activities to increase the Chainstack awareness among Web3 developers by leveraging your protocol expertise, rapport, and influence
• Be the technical expert for the infrastructure side of the protocol and all the Chainstack services (e.g storage, indexing, advanced APIs).
• Onboard developers and organizations to Chainstack

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the public blockchain space and the Web3 stack
• Strong ability to execute, day to day
• Excellent communication skills and social media presence (CT in particular)
• High capacity for change
• Overwhelming interest in Web3
