Fractal’s first dedicated Mint Designer will be a self-starter with a T-shaped skill set who will partner with game creators and prepare them for their launch on the Fractal Launchpad (aka: a “mint”). We refer to this role as a “Mint Designer,” because each mint is a bit of a masterpiece. Many hours go into making the mint events special and set up for commercial success. The Mint Designer’s role will be to make sure that the details both big and small do not get in the way of epic launches for our game partners. 

Fractal is the leading gaming NFT marketplace built on Solana where players are able to discover, buy and sell gaming NFTs from best in class Web3 games. We believe gaming NFTs will bring about the next monumental evolution of gaming. 

A major shift is happening where in-game assets are becoming NFTs on the blockchain; this unlocks real ownership for players, and new layers of programmability and interoperability in and between games. Creators will be able to create all sorts of new experiences on top of NFT games. This is the future of gaming that our team is excitedly building for.
