As an IT Manager, you will ensure that all Chainstack employees globally have the technology they need to get their job done, from access to SaaS tools and reliable laptop to up-close coordination with other teams like Operations, Talent, and Finance so data is secure.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate cloud IT and data operations
• Identify and document all applications and subscriptions throughout the organization
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and systems
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness by evaluating and monitoring inventory across the organization

Job Requirements:

• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer software/hardware systems
• Expertise in SaaS, cloud systems management and data security/governance
• Hands-on experience with compliance standards like ISO 27001, reports like SOC 1 and SOC 2
• Excellent attention to details
