decent.land is a seed stage DAO building in the multichain social and identity space on Arweave, NEAR and EVM. We are backed by Arweave, LD Capital, Longhash, and more.
Our tech stack mostly consists of JavaScript (Node / Next, React.js) and TailwindCSS. Frontends interface with Solidity, Arweave SmartWeave Contracts, and the NEAR JavaScript SDK.
About you
At decent.land, you will be building UIs for our protocols that interact with the Arweave / NEAR blockchains. Ideally, weâre looking for a developer whoâs comfortable with React and TailwindCSS, and whoâs also willing to pick up new libraries and skills along the way. Knowing how blockchains work isnât necessary for this position, but itâs a bonus.
Since weâre a distributed team spanning several timezones, itâs crucial to be able to communicate updates and blockers regularly. We do not use time-tracking software, instead relying on you to be vocal about progress.
The position is remote, but we need at least a few hours of overlap with European timezones to be able to work effectively.
Payment will be distributed monthly in crypto.
