WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Remotely manage a diverse group of engineers ranging from junior to senior
- Support the engineers’ growth and development through continuous coaching, learning and development, and feedback
- Work closely with partners across the company, including Product, Design, and Marketing to bring new features and services to market
- Own execution and delivery on your Eng team, helping the team balance new feature work with technical debt and platform investment
- Contribute to a fast-growing engineering organization and help us scale up processes and best practices across the entire company
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
- 3+ years managing remotely distributed teams
- 5+ years of prior experience in a hands on engineering role
- Strong interest/passion in Blockchain (DeFi)
- Successful track record of leading and coaching diverse teams through the full product lifecycle
- Solid engineering background with a passion for keeping up with latest tech trends/tools
- Proven track record of delivery in rapid pace/iteration environments
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams
- Ability to set road maps and general strategy
- Genuine commitment to building diverse teams while promoting equity and inclusion
- Agile/Scrum
