Job Description
- Define and execute a holistic business growth strategy for the BNB Chain DeFi projects
- Design and execute the collaboration among the existing and emerging DeFi projects
- Lead actual DeFi projects from product, talent, risk, finance, and community growth aspects.Â
- Lead with the best security practice and standards. Ensure the steady growth and safe-run of their business from hacks and financial attacks.
- Work across departments and internal/external partners to locate resources for DeFi projects
- Engage our business partners, clients and community by excellent customer insights, client communications and data research.
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience leading business growth or business development for a crypto-related startup company. DeFi work experience is not required but DeFi business and product knowledge is the must.
- Knowledge and experience of financial engineering or trading products. Previous experience with investment banking, hedge funds, or other financial institutions is a bonus.
- Experience successfully developing, executing, and managing a business growth strategy. Innovative and passionate about DeFi and other dApps.
- Proof of track record on leading business or products across departments or business units. Star for collaboration and joint venture success.
- Great communication and presentation skills, ambition for ownership, entrepreneurial spirits
- Business level English. Linguist is a bonus.
