Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Creative Director and concept artists to develop the overall art direction of each project.
• Lead the Art Team and oversee the quality of the work and set the bar for excellence.
• Deliver high-quality illustrated works (2d and/or 3d) for NFTs that deliver on the creative strategy
• Drive Art Asset Production: Character design, Environmental and Prop design for NFT projects
• Develop and strategize efficient art workflow and tooling systems
• Conceptualize and contribute creative ideas in the context of NFT space
• Effectively communicate visual ideas among team members and various stakeholders
• Collaborative team player, open to feedback, both in giving and receiving
• Able to work autonomously to manage and deliver on project milestones independently
• Build, develop and grow a team of concept artists through training and feedback

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Concept Art or Visual Development for games, animation, media IP or relevant industries
• Solid knowledge of illustration, concept/ design, storytelling, animation with a clear understanding of the creative development process
• Strong communicator, independent and able to drive the team forward
• Proficient in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, any other 2D/3D software or video production tools
• Excel in sketching, concepting and storyboarding, ability to adapt to various art >
• Proactive, fast and flexible problem-solver, excels in resource and stakeholder management
• Collaborative and humble spirit
• Keen interest in Cryptocurrency and the NFT space
