Paxful is searching for a Product Manager to join our InfoSec Team. This role will support and lead InfoSec development.You will report to our Chief Information Security Officer.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on Paxful Security strategy and priorities to deliver measurable results
- Develop, own and constantly improve the strategy and roadmap for Paxful Security features and controls and effectively implement it with a distributed team of software engineers
- Ensure that Paxful evaluates and build efficient controls to reduce security risks for its customers and employees
- Improve Security for our users by development in-house know-how services or integration of third-party solutions into Paxful landscape
The most important skill and capabilities for this role are:
- Track record of building and designing security products and controls
- Product Leader with strong quantitative and communication skills
- Hands-on product manager who has experience in operating and thriving in fast-paced startup environment
- Experience launching ML products
Target Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cross-functional product role.
- Bachelor’s Degree, MS or MBA preferred
- Experience in cybersecurity
- Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain and/or financial technology is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written English
