One of our principles is “Customers first”, which is why we are looking for a solution-oriented Information Security Specialist, who is expected to bring their experience on board to ensure that we remain compliant to the security requirements set out in security standards and regulatory guidelines as is our customers' expectation. Inherent to a growing start-up, you as an Information Security Specialist have the great benefit of working closely with the compliance, operational and product teams. The team

When taking the opportunity to work as an Information Security Specialist at Change you become part of a recently established Information Security Team in an Estonian FinTech. You would have a direct fast line with the Head of Information Security. Your work would be an integral part of the road that takes Change's information security programme (e.g. awareness training, security compliance and culture) to the next level. You would set the tone for cross-team collaboration on security matters early on and would get to point the right direction out to the various teams leading the innovation of financial products for the European and Asian markets.
