Newton team members are spread out across Canada within a fully-remote capacity.

The Onboarding Specialist will be an integral member of the CX Onboarding and Account Management Team working to verify customers to the Newton platform while liaising with the Compliance Department (the Anti-Fraud Team) and the Product Team. Use effective written communication, problem-solving, and relationship building skills to build rapports with new customers.

As an Onboarding Specialist you will be Responsible for:

-Onboarding individual and corporate clients successfully to the Newton platform while abiding by FINTRAC regulations -Liaising with the Anti-Fraud Team on account verifications -Working with other members of the Onboarding and Account Management Team to provide customers with product demos -Improving onboarding communication processes and channels -Communicating onboarding process improvements to the Product Team to increase onboarding conversion and reduce friction in the account creation process -Measuring the Newton Customer Experience through daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding metrics such as first-time-response (FTR), total verification time, customer satisfaction, and NPS scores
