Let’s go!  Your mission As the Affiliate Specialist for the CEE markets, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing a diverse portfolio of affiliates and influencers, with a focus on driving performance and revenue growth for Bitpanda. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for affiliates, tailoring strategies to suit local market dynamics while aligning with Bitpanda's global objectives. Collaborating closely with the wider Partnerships and User Acquisition team you will focus on driving ROI positive marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with local affiliates and influencers, launching and managing campaigns tailored to the local audience, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also contribute to cross-market initiatives, leveraging insights to enhance performance across multiple regions while maintaining a laser focus on each market's unique characteristics and opportunities. What you'll do

Own the affiliate optimisation strategy and implementation across all types of affiliate partners for the CEE markets Grow Bitpanda’s presence across affiliates and influencers, as well as conversion and revenue contribution through smart expansion strategies  Work cross-functionally with the country teams, analytics, product and creative teams to develop optimal campaigns Analyse campaign performance and identify new optimisation and growth levers;  Steer efficient budgets against defined ROI and volume targets;

  Who you are

3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with a focus on both optimisation of existing campaigns as well as building news ones Fluent in English and Polish is essential to connect easily with different types of people, stakeholders and partners; Proven track record in building sustainable revenue growth in affiliate and/or performance Detail oriented, you’ll notice when an affiliate has amended previously agreed content or site positioning Background in management of partnership platforms such as Impact Radius is a big plus What’s in it for you
