Key Responsibilities:

• Reliable Backend Development: implementation of backend for financial services
• Deploy and maintenance of infrastructure: shipping the produced code into the production
• Smart contract development: we expect candidate to be able to learn FunC / Tact to build required smart contracts

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to stipulated standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the team to understand the specifications, and rapidly gain expertise in FunC / Tact programming languages for building TON blockchain smart contracts.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to financial and security constraints, particularly given the sensitive nature of handling cryptocurrency and stakeholder funds.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and milestones.
• Ensure rigorous testing of the product, prioritizing security and financial integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software development, or a practical equivalent: ability to code and ship product.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the finance sector, including roles in banking, DeFi, or other financial-related ventures.
• Demonstrable experience in managing, shipping, and overseeing production code.
• Strong acumen in financial management and a mindset oriented towards handling funds with utmost integrity and responsibility.
• Familiarity with the Rust programming language. Previous experience with FunC / Tact will be a significant plus.
