About the Opportunity
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. Business Product Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in the execution of day-to-day operational tasks and activities
- Maintain and organize operational records, documents, and reports
- Monitor product developments and inform others regarding product updates
- Monitor social media updates of the crypto industry
- Gather feedback from social media
- Help in the preparation of operational reports and presentations
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders on operational matters
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Graduates are also welcomed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in English
- Proficient in using MS Office suite and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
