We are seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to our CEO, acting as a critical bridge between internal operations and external market positioning within the rapidly evolving crypto and blockchain space. This role requires strategic thinking, deep crypto knowledge of the ecosystem, and the ability to identify and understand important relationships within the space while anticipating industry shifts.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the main liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders; building and maintaining relationships with external peers
- Serve as the main liaison for strategic initiatives between the CEO and the leadership team, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the industry’s ecosystem, emerging technologies, and overall market sentiment
- Streamline CEO workflows and optimize executive decision-making processes
- Support the leadership team in establishing the foundation required to scale the business
- Lead special projects and cross-functional teams as assigned
- Proactively identify operational improvements in processes to drive efficiency, and consistently propose actionable solutions
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic initiatives or partnership roles
- Deep crypto or blockchain professional or personal experience
- A results-oriented team player with a process-driven approach, capable of functioning effectively in an unstructured, high-growth environment
- Demonstrates high empathy, coachability, and a strong business EQ
- Highly productive and driven by problem-solving
- Demonstrates outstanding project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
