Logos is a movement supporting the development of the decentralised web. Logos technologies lay the foundations for a freer internet upon which communities can evolve into network states. Each protocol in the Logos stack seeks to empower its users while upholding civil liberties and fundamental freedoms.   We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Polyglot Solution Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience across distributed systems, blockchain technology, and developer relations, enabling them to work seamlessly across the entire Logos technology stack: including the Logos Execution Environment, Bedrock, Messaging, Storage, and Logos Core/UI.  This role requires both technical proficiency and strong communication skills, as the engineer will collaborate closely with internal teams as well as engage with external stakeholders, developers, and partners to drive adoption and integration. Key responsibilities:

Red team Logos technology from an external developer perspective, identifying issues, submitting bug reports, and contributing pull requests to improve quality. Design and develop proof-of-concept applications demonstrating the feasibility of desired projects identified in the Logos Launch strategy. Contribute to the development and refinement of developer toolkits, SDKs, and blockchain scaffold. Provide technical support to developers building on Logos technology, both asynchronously and in real-time. Represent Logos at physical and online events, delivering presentations, workshops, and educational sessions. Assist with integration efforts by identifying, proposing, and reviewing partnerships with external parties for essential infrastructure and application needs. Support Lambda Prize management through scope definition, work estimation, developer support, and quality review of submissions. Collaborate closely with Logos R&D teams to provide feedback on APIs, protocols, and developer experience. Work with the comms team to provide technical insight for content creation.

You ideally will have:

7+ years of experience building applications with complex logic across multiple programming languages, including frontend, backend, and native applications. Proven experience in a solution engineering, developer relations, or technical integration role, preferably in the blockchain or decentralised technology space. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently across unfamiliar technology stacks. Customer and developer-focused mindset with experience in stakeholder management. Alignment with the principles of the organisation

Bonus points:

Familiarity with the Ethereum, Solana or Bitcoin ecosystems, distributed systems, or peer-to-peer networking. Experience with open-source development and community engagement. Previous experience delivering technical workshops or developer education programmes.

Hiring process:  1) Interview with our People Ops team 2) Interview with Vaclav & Franck - EcoDev team 3) Task 4) Interview with Kaushal & Guru - EcoDev Team The steps may change along the way if we see it makes sense to adapt the interview stages, so please consider the above as a guideline.  Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is negotiable, dependent on how we assess your skills and experience throughout our interview process.  We are happy to pay in a mix of fiat/crypto
