What You’ll Do:

As the Ecosystem Manager at io.net, you'll spearhead the development and expansion of our Web3 ecosystem, aligning it with our company's strategic objectives. Your role involves forging key partnerships with blockchain projects, tech providers, and enterprises to boost ecosystem capabilities. You'll engage and support a thriving community, ensuring stakeholder relationships are nurtured. Your efforts will also extend to expanding our ecosystem's reach, educating participants, and advocating for our ecosystem in industry events and media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Ecosystem Strategy: Formulate and implement a strategic vision for growing the Web3 ecosystem in alignment with company objectives.
• Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish collaborations with blockchain projects, enterprises, and technology providers to enhance ecosystem capabilities.
• Community Engagement and Support: Build and nurture a vibrant community of stakeholders, providing support to encourage their active participation and collaboration.
• Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with investors, exchanges, project teams, and service providers, ensuring their needs are addressed and contributions valued.
• Oversee Project Development: Guide and support ecosystem projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient execution.
• Allocate Resources Effectively: Determine the distribution of financial, technical, and educational resources among ecosystem participants to foster growth and innovation.
• Promote Innovation: Encourage the adoption of new technologies and innovative solutions within the ecosystem through support of R&D, hackathons, and challenges.
• Expand Ecosystem Reach: Actively work to attract new participants and explore new markets and use cases, facilitating ecosystem growth.
• Educate and Train: Provide resources and programs to educate ecosystem participants on Web3 technologies and best practices.
• Advocate for Ecosystem: Represent the ecosystem at industry events and in the media, promoting its interests and raising awareness.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in ecosystem development within the Web3 space, demonstrating strategic planning and execution. A deep understanding of crypto communities, slang, and culture is critical.
• Proven experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships within the blockchain and technology space, supported by a broad and deep network across the Web3 community.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with ecosystem objectives and efficient resource allocation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience advocating for ecosystem interests at industry events and through various media channels.
• A strong grasp of the latest blockchain technologies and trends, with a track record of fostering innovation within the ecosystem.
• Proficiency in using analytics to inform ecosystem strategy and measure the impact of initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Adaptability to the rapidly changing landscape of the Web3 space, maintaining resilience in the face of challenges and leveraging growth opportunities.
