Job Description
As Afterpay’s Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of high impact, full funnel paid campaigns. Working cross-functionally with both internal and external partners, you will be a key contributor in scaling our global brand and commerce paid media program.
You will:
- Own full funnel campaign strategy and implementation across a variety of channels, such as paid social, performance video, & OTT
- Monitor, analyze and optimize performance towards campaign specific KPIs
- Provide deep learnings and insights, package and present to leadership teams
- Build out streamlined, sophisticated processes and lean in to automation
- Contribute to the creative process, including providing industry best practices and a creative feedback loop
- Work cross-functionally with in-house and agency creative teams, media planning, analytics, data science, & product to ensure campaigns are executed to success
You have:
- 5+ years experience with brand & performance campaign management
- Experience planning/buying across multiple platforms, such as Meta, Snap, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter & OTT
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with advanced measurement methodologies, including incrementality & brand lift
- Passion for the details and process improvement
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Experience with e-commerce a plus
Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone A: USD $125,600 - USD $153,600
Zone B: USD $116,800 - USD $142,800
Zone C: USD $110,500 - USD $135,100
Zone D: USD $100,500 - USD $122,900
