About the Role

Your goal is simple yet powerful: They want to become a go to brand for creative minds that want to create a positive impact.

‍They are looking for a forward-thinking, analytically minded strategic marketer to join their team. The Head of Marketing and Partnerships will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies that support the growth of their community. The role requires developing a holistic understanding of the business to build marketing plans and programs that can drive both short & long-term customer and commercial impact.

‍More specifically, they are looking for a leader who will drive overall marketing strategy, roadmap, go to market activities and act as the custodian of their brand. Additional responsibilities include;‍

• Brand positioning, audience engagement, go to community, go to market
• Brand design system: Visual identity, tone of voice, collateral…
• PR / Media relations, social media, events
• Thought leadership & Content marketing
• Storytelling (a joint effort with the leadership team)
• Being a public facing figure
• Website - non-user pages (a joint effort across product, growth and brand marketing)
• Design of branded assets (including ads, collateral, social content)
• Market research
• Competitor intelligence
